Quel grand groupe... Du début au départ de Cornwell, toujours en évolution, tant du point de vue du son que de la composition. Plein de tubes, mais groupe à albums quand même. Après, bon, ça peut se déliter un peu mais ils ont quand même continué à produire épisodiquement de bons disques malgré les renouvellements de personnel. Y compris après la mort de Greenfield, le génie de la bande. Et live, ils s'imposent de jouer les morceaux comme sur les disques contrairement à nombre de groupes, qui font des essais de renouvellement... Le groupe Sparks fait ça aussi. Le public adore ça...

Thank you 'Jeyem' for this nostalgic reminder of my early 20s! I saw them in 1977, what a brilliant live act the Stranglers were and still are. Hugh too has maintained his edge, long may the parities continue...

Peut être le groupe que j'ai vu le plus de fois sur scène surtout à cette époque....1981/1985...on avait 20 ans...en 2023 je suis toujours leur plus grand fan!!!!!!!!! Dire que j'ai même travailler avec eux...remplaçant pour une bande annonce Greenfield qui était en retard sur le plateau de C+...!!! Eh oui, du play back mais quand même....!!!! Bon les enfants du rock sublime émission!!!! Quelle époque!!!!! Oui je suis un Euroman....toujours mais pas avec cette horrible pensée américaine ou bruxelloise bien sur....!!!

I didn't know JJ speaks japanese, maybe from karate teacher he learned or because he spent some time in Japan? Or he might get some interest in Taekwondo too. Then he might know some basic korean haha(I am South Korean and it's not that easy to learn korean lol)..Anyway, that martial art side and language part(he makes me learn french!) of him always sound interesting. Exercising could help him a lot, when he performed on stage.
