  • This looks like a very nice addition to my weights routines, thank you! Sadly, I just had surgery yesterday so no upper body activation for me for a few weeks. I’m going through your lower body routines to see what I can use without modifications. Abs exercises that are using upper body muscles are going to be nigh impossible though. Any ideas?
