    I LOVE these workouts. No matter which one I choose, it works everything. After a month of working out daily with Eleni, I've realized I can pick any of the Pilates workouts that isn't specifically a target area, and it will work everything - which is my preferred workout method. This one particularly challenged my balance. And the move at the end (which is in several workouts), well, if I was filmed, it would probably have been worth some cash on funniest home videos. Thank you!!

  • Eleni, I had to leave a comment. I have been doing pilates for 5 years now and this was one, if not the best sequence I have ever done. It was definitely a challenge, but you did such an impeccable job at keeping the postures grounded in pilates foundation, and ensuring that there was a balance of exercises throughout the class to keep the parasympathetic system stimulated enough for enjoyment and persistence. I feel worked out yet calm and happy, and not feeling a sense of dread or "fight or flight" response. Thanks a million, this is what I needed today <3
