Lovely House Design With Floor Plan | 3 Bedroom With 2-Car Carport | Small Yet Elegant Home

Builders need to start building homes like this with so much character and charm.

I thought the 2 bedroom was great until I saw this 3 bedroom! I like the carport where its not front and center of eyesight on the 2 bedroom design. Really lovely home

This is a really beautiful home. It is cozy, warm, inviting and functional. My favorite room was the master. I loved the layout of it as well as the spaciousness.

Wow!! This is an excellent floorplan. The only changes I'd make would be in the master suite and find a place for a powder room for guests. In the master suite, I'd reconfigure the space by stealing square footage from the bedroom to have a larger walk-in closet and to afford a "wc" or water closet for the toilet in the bathroom. I love the rest of the layout. That kitchen/pantry area is amazing. The built-in bookcases in the living room are perfect. And I love the big wraparound porch. Heck, I'd even go one further and wrap it around and across the rear of the house. This is an impressive home!

I would incorporate the pantry with the laundry room and use the pantry space plus bump it into the bedroom to make it larger for an office with glass doors. Also ditch the tub in the master and have a large walk in shower and bigger vanity. I would have to enclose the carport for a real garage. OR, use the pantry size as is for an office, reconfigure the master closet length wise and expand the master bathroom. All in all, cute!
