I made this on Sunday for my hubby's birthday. After a big dinner, it's nice to have a light dessert/birthday cake. He and his Swiss family loved it. Thank you Jamie!

FYI, if you use super fine sugar, it will make a smoother (less gritty) meringue. If you can’t find it, just blitz your regular sugar in the food processor or blender for 30:seconds. Now you made me want a deconstructed pavlova bless your heart. Fresh meringue, lemon curd and raspberries. Can’t wait for the meringue to cook, you made me want this so bad.😂I’m off to the store.❤

This is exactly how my family makes Pavlova in Australia and we're always asked to bring to dessert to gatherings. Instead of a thick Pav with lots of sickly sugar we make two thin Pavs, then layer them with cream and fruit in between and on top. We have a lot of tropical fruit in summer, when we usually make Pavlova, and it's covered in mango, pineapple, kiwifruit, banana and strawberries. Just delicious!

...as a kid it was the most stunning thing to divide the egg yolk from the white - and then to see wat`s going on adding sugar and the machine turned the white of eggs in a delish fluffy mass ! This Pavlova Royale is a dream 😍😋✌💝

😍my favorite cake, the incredible combination of whipped cream and meringue takes me to heaven every time... beautifully sweet and wonderfully balanced with fruit and whipped cream. This recipe is old school and still a masterpiece🎂❤️.
