    Joe, I just want to say thank you so much for providing such valuable information for FREE! I’ve always been a skinny guy with a high metabolism, poor appetite, etc… But, after watching your videos, I decided to finally start following this routine and my results have already been amazing! I went from being 5ft,11in & 125lbs about two and half months ago to now being 145lbs! For anyone that has struggled to gain weight, I strongly suggest following this routine. I’ve found that the hardest part is simply getting started, but once you see some results, you’ll be more inclined to keep going. Don’t give up!

    I was confused when I was working out and realized I wasn’t gaining size. So once I stopped working out and just ate for weeks, I started to see size in my arms and I look bigger overall without losing any tone that I previously had. Now back to working out, lifting weights only and I’m still seeing good changes. Good video.
