  • Dude is worried about having dirt on the car before scrubbing, proceeds to throw the sponge on the ground...
  • It amazes me the dealerships and even owners pay for these stupid pin stripes. Just doesn’t match the style of newer vehicles.

Thanks bro. Just did my canyon. So far so good.

Thanks buddy! Very helpful information provided. Almost got rid the shop that repainted my jaguar. They thought adding a ugly pinstripe would look nice without my permission.

Goo gone on works really well too and it won't damage your just make sure you wax it after you do it.
  • You've probably been asked this many times but will the lacquer thinner cause damage to the paint?
  • @aux1z11
I got the sticker kind and this doesn't work for that kind. Got to use heat a razor blade then some thinner and then the glue rolls up and turns to sticky bugars that stick to the side of your car.

My dad bought an 07 Explorer Sport Trac in 2011 and the previous owner went overboard with hideous pin striping all over the car...I'm using the truck now since my current truck shit the bed...wonder if this will work and be safe on a 2007 vehicle. I hate the pinstriping.

  • @willsanders301
Have you noticed any discoloration/side effects since doing this?
  • @05hemiram71

Paint thinner does hurt your cars paint if you put to much pressure for such a long time know from experience
  • @Chris-.F
