    Great video - indeed "relaxing and calming" many thanks. PS: this part of Michigan is one of the most relaxing and calming areas (spiritually) in the US. I'll bet you take these trips by car just to feel the calming effect. I lived in New England most of my life in a country home about 30min. from everywhere. So, each time I needed to make a trip to the city for something the 30min. drive turned into a 30min. meditation trip. I would gaze at the landscape of forests, meadows, and farms with "detached amusement". A sort of hypnotic state if bliss. Over the 50 years of living in a small New England (Berkshires) town, I internalized the process of "letting go" on any trip over one hour. The process opens my level of alertness. I see things differently when I'm in a state of detached amusement.
