    I'm 26 and an ER nurse. I read "How not to Die" two years ago. I went slow into it and am now fully into whole foods, plant based veganism. I cannot even begin to list all the ways your teachings and resources have changed my life. Truly, thank you!! I tell all my patients about your books. Every single patient and their families. Every day.

    I went vegan when I turned 24, now 86. At that time I did not do it for health benefits but for the sanctity of life and reading Krishnamurti. I have relished the benefits this WFPB way of life has brought. I do not wear glasses, read voraciously, sense of smell almost too good, hearing seems fine. Nature and her gift of plants, nothing else as good. Thank you Dr Greger for an entertaining and humorous talk.
  • I have put this to the test for almost seven years, I am 66 and take no medicines, I wake up with energy everyday, I still eat and drink things I shouldn't but I keep trying to be better. Thank you to Dr Greger who helped me transition to plant based and his continuing to produce content helps me to try to be better..... and his sense of silly humor always brightens my day. Thank you Doc!!!!!!

    I went to the doctor today and got amazed by the power of this diet. My doctor said i had the blood pressure of a 20 yr old and im 53. Whole food plant diet is the answer to all our sicknesses I strongly believe now. 113/73. That was my first visit after 10 years of being on a whole food plant diet. I was prediabetic before i switched. Cant wait for the result. Thank you so much for all you do Dr Greger.

    WFPB vegan for 14 years. Was hypertensive, overweight, prediabetic at age 44. I’m now a competitive bodybuilder at age 58 with stellar blood work. Love my vegan diet, crave the foods I eat. Thank you, Doc G!

    My doctor was right. Exercise, lose weight, eat whole food. Avoid ultra processed, industrial, fast, factory food, white sugar, white flour, seed oils, and eat from the produce section. Simple as that.

    Havent touched an animal product in 25 years..! Sheer bliss... All health issues vanished.. after a year switching to Vegan WFPBD ( SOS free )! So blessed that this valuable information came to me at an early age..! My wife is Vegan and both my kids raised Vegan, not to mention my daughter is school topper in 10 th grade ! 😁😁😁😍😍😍

    Thanks again for giving us this information. My 90 year old mum, who can still kick anyone’s behind in scrabble, trivia, crossword puzzles etc, read that wheatgerm was ‘healthy’ back in the 70’s. Conveniently for her, at the time my dad worked at a flour mill and brought her home fresh, oily bags of wheatgerm, so she could eat it for breakfast everyday until he retired. She still an avid coffee drinker!

    I have not eaten meat for nine years. Started intermittent fasting two years ago, with only one full meal before 6:00 pm. Morning: one big mug of black coffee with one table spoon of dark chocolate powder. Mid-morning: Home-made soy milk boiled and mixed with black sesame and raw peanuts, one bowl of mixed nuts (Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, macadamia nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Fresh blueberries and raspberry. Then go for an uphill walk with my dog for 40 minutes. Dinner around 6:00 pm: broccoli or broccoli sprouts, mushrooms, garlics or onions plus other veggies and some seafoods. My most recent biological age is 18 years younger than my chronological age. I’m in my 60’s. In addition, I do dumbbells everyday for 15 minutes and yoga 10-15 minutes. I read Dr. Greger’s “How Not to Die”, Dr. William Li’s “Eat to beat Disease”, Dr. Sinclair’s “Lifespan”. Most recently, I follow Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint with my modified version. Without prescription intervention, vital signs: blood pressure=100/60, SpO2=98~99, HDL=104, ApoB=88, Triglyceride=51, HBA1c=5.2, glucose=81, Insulin=5.2. Galleri Test: all negative. P.S. not only am I following experts in their 40’, 50’, 60’ and 70’, am I also paying close attentions to those who actually live to 100+ such as Dr. John Scharffenberg, Dr. Howard Tucker, Dr. Gladys McGarey and Dr. Wareham. It is important to have a reality check. P.S., I am feeling great everyday. The first thing in the morning when I wake up is to check my sleep quality. Then turn on my favorite music, then do yoga stretch for 10-15 minutes. Besides brisk walking 40 minutes with my dog, I do weight training for about 20 minutes, using four different sets of dumbbells, then two different weights of kettlebells to train my legs. I go to bed around 9:00 pm.
