Hi, I am a skin care junkie and bought A313 after reading an article about it on line. At first, I did everyday and my skin had a meltdown. I took three months off, cleared my skin and started once a week and now am 3 times a week. My skin looks amazing, soo in love. Thank you for an actual review.
  • This gave me so much joy! I grew up in Paris and have fond memories of the French pharmacies, which were stunning. Combining two of my favourite things....Dr. Shereene and all things French šŸ˜€

15:20 The "properties of Avene water" are the same as the properties of Uriage and LA Roche Posay waters, for example. Those pharmacy French brands are named after the location of the thermal springs from where they source it, and they tend to base all their products around the properties of their mineral water.
  • I started using A313 based on your recommendation in May last year. I started off with 1 or twice per week and increase the frequency as my face can tolerate it till one point I applied every day. Now that I introduce lactic acid to my night routine, I'm using A313 5 times a week and lactic acid 2 times a week. I've seen a lot of improvement on my face. My skin tone is much more even. Hyperpigmentation also improves a lot. It works wonders on my face. I'm on the second tube of A313, Love it!

Being French (and living in France), I love it when you mention good products which I can easily get my hands on and which don't cost an arm and a leg!ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤
  • Hello Dr.Shereene, It's been 12 days since I am following my skin care routine without missing a day and gratitude largely goes to your influential videos and difference is starting to creep up. I must add that your communicating style is also a learning experience. I didn't know you were adding a flavor of French today.....It's great. Your army of nerds is right behind you. keep it up and stay blessed

Months ago I bought A313 after watching your video on retinols and I love it! I have had zero irritation with it and doesn't seem to dry out my skin - but, I'm a moisturizing fiend. I use other products, but have no doubt that this has upped my game. My skin looks and feels amazing each morning after I use it - I find I can use it every other day without any problems. I'm 53 and at my last appointment, as my dentist turned the bright light on me to look in my mouth, he stopped and exclaimed, "You have no wrinkles! How do you do that?!" I also use La Roche-Posay Lipikar Triple Repair Moisturizing Body Cream. I use it on my face almost daily, and I love, love, love.
  • This was really fun! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and uplifting personality with us. Your videos start my weekends off in the most positive way and I can't wait to see the next one!

Thank u for highlighting A313. I am the 3rd generation A313, ialuset, Lait-CrĆØme and of course Biafine user. I am 51 and this has been my regime for as long as I can remember. It works beautifully for me. Everyoneā€™s chemistry is different however this is and will always be my holy grail. ā¤

I live in Paris since 6 months so Iā€˜m really happy about this video šŸ˜ I already bought the Homeoplasmine cream that I saw from your Instagram highlight and I really liked it.
  • @LovetoLearn16
I loved you starting the video in French! I speak French (not fluent, just a francophone) and I love hearing French in the dermatology context!
  • You are the reason I am now addicted to French Pharmacy Skincare. Thank you for that.
  • Jā€™adoooore quand vous parlez franƧais!!!! Ƈa fait chaud au coeur ā¤ļø merci pour tous vos vidĆ©os šŸ„°ā¤ļøā¤ļø
  • Could you do a pillow talk on managing rosacea and sensitive skin? Including product recommendations šŸ™
  • @decembergbh
Quel accent, c'est merveilleux d'entendre quelqu'un de USA parler si bien franƧais. Bravo.
  • @PlanningNerd
TolƩriane comes from "tolƩrance" (to tolerate) because it's for the most sensitive skins that might be intolerant to other products. I had totally forgotten about Embryolisse, I need to revisit! And I had no idea you could use Biafine for anything else than burns, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks for the video!
  • Very late to the party, but for the Arnica routine around procedures: itā€™s actually good to take a few pellets of Arnica Montana (15CH) the day before the procedure, then a few others with higher concentration on D-Day (7 or 9CH), and back to 15CH for the next days, 3 times a day away from meals. I also used this routine when I got injured in sports (sprained ankles, bad bruises, etc). Also :) the cream version of the Arnica is much better than the gel one, but I donā€™t know if it exists anymore. The texture was like a mix between la Biafine and Arnigel. And it smelled so good!
