- 400g AP flour (13%)
- 1/2 tbsp dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- approx. 200ml warm water
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Worked great. 8 out of 8 perfect puffs. Oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooked on pizza stone bottom rack. My dough seemed a little drier than in the video. Used K*** A*** all purpose flour which is 11.7% protein. I am so glad I found this. I did not have Santa Claus towel, and that really worried me, but it still worked. Thanks for recipe. It is a keeper.

How warm should the water be? I imagine that if it is too hot, it will kill te yeast.

Please do not put salt in your water, yeast and sugar mixture. Your yeast will not bloom! Put the salt in with the flour.

Why is my dough tight and like a ball not runny like yours

Please make it healthy by adding half and half of whole wheat flour and half all purpose flour. Try making all the recipes this way. Awaiting your recipes using this mixture of flours. Thank you.

Mistake One! Never put salt in with yeast! 🤦🏻♂️ The later the better and put it in with the flower or dough at the end
