How to do Full Camel Pose/PURNA USTRASANA (हिंदी में) | Flexibility for BEGINNERS

If you want to get more flexible and learn Purna Ustarasana or the Full Camel Pose, then this stretching routine is for you!
The follow along covers very basic exercises for back flexibility. It is easy to follow and very helpful for girls/boys for all ages! Add these exercises to your yoga, dance, fitness or contortion practice.

This video will give you a basic idea about the above exercises that you should follow to improve your back flexibility. Grab your mat, practice this routine regularly (4 times a week atleast) and use the variations whenever needed. Make this your own! :)
