2 Timothy 3:1-5

But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.

I remember when Dave Chappelle said school shooting drills are useless because the shooter is in the class listening to the drills 💀

One time I asked my English teacher “What if the shooter knows where we are” and she said “They won’t” and I looked at her like 🙂 oh I see…we’re all gonna die 💀

The fact that I’ve never thought about how school shooters would already know all of the safety protocols (if they’re a student) is wild Fixed
  • I've been saying this forever lmao, ur just teaching the shooter the obstacles you gotta overcome💀
  • Dude I'm over here telling my younger siblings to forget the School Shooter Drills and to just hop out the nearest window you find and run. Not the best choice, but way better than hiding in a compromised spot.

"All right kids pack yourself in a corner and get down on your knees where you can't stand up quickly, where a shotgun blast can easily wipe all of you out with one shot, it's school procedure" -My sarcastic science teacher

One time I was in a false school shooting and I thought it was real, so I was in the bathrooms and I heard the teachers saying “hide under the desk, get in the corner!” So I literally stealthed my way out of school by walking up the stairs stealthily and slowly dropping form the window, I then proceeded to escape school but I got in trouble for escaping school and I was like “what?” And then they explained it’s fake, but why should I still get in trouble, if I thought that was real isn’t it good that I did that? And they actually said during a school shooting lesson that you shouldn’t take any chance to escape school, just hide, which is messed up

I feel like a part two needs to be done lol great as always staying with the content and scripture behind it.
  • What’s the point of a school shooting drill when the shooter is almost always a kid that goes to the school 😭

“Why you the only one asking all the question?” “I just wanna get as much information out of this as possible.” And that’s how they get firsthand knowledge of what to do.

Exactly what I think about everytime my teacher talks about the situation
  • Crazy how when school shootings first started, these drills were all that they did to combat it. They basically just said "You guys take care of it, and hope for the best".
  • @terrablume
0:16 "You aim over it?" He said that with certainty and experience 😭

The last school shooting drill I did was in a HS with a class of like 8 kids. This was before Covid.. They was acting mad childish.. I subbed in well over 20 schools and seen a fire drill done twice same day in one. Seen a school shooting drill done twice that I can recall.
  • In my school, if the class is inside the msin building there is ALWAYS a giant freaking glass window that lets you see into it. The only way to counteract that huge flaw is if the class stacks the tables against the windows and doors, which depends on if there's even enough time or space. If a shooter comes, I'm just hopping out that window and running out of the school. It's not worth risking my life just so I'm not seen as a coward. And it's not cowardice, it's called being smart. Edit: wow I got likes. That’s a borderline miracle

Imma be real. If a school shooter on campus, I'm going to try to get the hell out of there. They don't change the school shooting drill protocols and they'll most likely know what to do. I'm hopping out the window, jumping out the gate, and I'm generally just hoping I'm near an exit cuz aint no way in hell imma just sit still when they already know to aim downwards while passing the classes. The whole plan for if a school shooter is absolutely compromised. Scratch that. I'll tell it to my kids. I'll tell it to my siblings. A school shooter on campus, do your best to get off campus . Preferably through a window so you can get outside and try to get off the property, since the shooter will most likely be inside the buildings where the classes are.
