Today, Christian and Rolly sit down over some wine to talk about the magic of Cartier in the return of Liquor Run!! In 1917, Louis Cartier designed the Tank watch to give to General Pershing, and a year later released to the general market. The thing about Cartier is that, despite their origins as a more masculine, sporty watchmaker, they tend to be associated with more feminine qualities now. However, there is undoubtedly a Cartier for everyone.
Things go far beyond the Tank Louis that everyone thinks of for their significant other. For sportier options, there are multiple Santos models, and of course their purpose-built diver the Calibre. For something a bit dressy, without feeling antiquated, there's the Santos Galbee or the Panthere. And of course, the Drive de Cartier is there for a sporty, but still refined and elegant all-purpose option.

Your father and son relationship is admirable. Mine with my father has grown over the years but unfortunately he lives in another state and I don’t get to see him as much as I’d like. Keep cherishing those moments. Oh and I love the Cartier watches as well. 😉

I have a tank xl that I picked up on a whim a couple of years ago . Couldn’t get into it although quite a big guy I thought it was too big so stayed in the box and never worn . Decided to take it out last week removed the bracelet which I hate and I tried it on a strap which changes the dimension completely and wears much smaller . I’ve ordered a custom made honey coloured croc and I think it will find a lot of wrist time in 2020.think it will look killer..
