You all asked for more strengthening videos, so I'm here to deliver! This is an advanced, 15-minute workout aimed at improving shoulder, bicep, and tricep strength for stroke survivors. It can be done with or without weights and all exercises are done sitting. It's best for survivors who can raise their arms to shoulder height without pain.

Repetition, consistency, and intensity are key to making improvements after stroke, so come back to this video as needed!

    Sitting in hospital after a stroke feeling sorry for myself. Left arm is weak. Found this video and enjoy doing the workout. Feeling better within myself and hoping to recover fully. This video has been a great help physically and mentally. If I can do this...anyone can 👍

    Never had a (diagnosed) stroke but i do deal with some muscle weakness and this felt nice. A bit sore in my arm, but nice over all

    According to my understanding, the entire injured body is one unit. There is no separation. My method is circular movements thousands of times until the tension of the head, neck, arms, legs, back is released, all circular movements thousands of times
