  • Maybe it happened because I am a professional photographer, but I have been dealing with strong pain in the neck for more than 3 months. So, I started doing this daily practice daily as first thing in the morning, and now it has been a month that I can finally sleep well.     This series of movements really brought me so much relief. I hold so much tension in my upper body especially my neck and shoulders and this set help loosen everything. I feel more relaxed now too and it also helped me sleep better as I'm often in pain and I do stretches but they never worked as well as this series. Thank you so much!!!!
