  • i'm gonna try this for a week! day 1: done. annnnd im dead tired day 2: done, i'm not that tired yaaaaaaaay day 3: done. dude i'm about die after move 4 or 5 every-freaking-time misses a day day 4: done, dies day 5: done. i had to stop video in between bc i was feeling so tired. idky day 6: done, i feel so good after completing this workout! day 7: done. i'm not??? tired??? at ALL! i feel amazing!!!! i don't see a big difference in my body, but my stamina has definitely increased! i'm gonna do this for one more week day 8: done real talk- yesterday i thought of doing her arm exercise (that 7 minute workout one) and earlier, i used to be dead tired after that video. but yesterday i did not even realize when it got over! so today i planned to do this workout along with that one. i didnt feel tired after that one, but here XD i was done after move 5, still completed it. now my goal is to do both of them for a week to increase my stamina more. i have also been doing flexibility stretches for a week to relax my body after these cardio workouts. day 9: done and dead. it got painful after move 5 and i had to pause this video a lot of times. maybe bc my period date is around the corner. misses a day day 10: done * i missed 5 days bc of my periods* day 11: done day 12: done. i felt so tired after move 7 idk why

    So going to start this workout and 7 minutes belly fat workout from Today 19 November 2020, Thursday My measurements Arms- 10½ Chest- 35½ Upper Waist- 32 lower waist- 37 Upper Thigh- 25 lower thigh- 17 Hips- 40 calves- 15 Weight 65 | Height 5'3 Days Morning | Evening Day 1:- ✅ ✅ Day 2:- ✅ ✅ Day 3:- ✅ ✅ Day 4:- ✅ ✅ Day 5:- ✅ ✅ Day 6:- ✅ ❎ Day 7:- ❎ ✅ So here are the results Arms- 10½ Chest- 35 Upper Waist- 31 lower waist- 36 Upper Thigh- 25 lower thigh- 17 Hips- 40 calves- 14 Weight 65 | Height 5'3 Thank you so much lucy. I am very happy with the results because i have reduced 1 inch from my upper and lower waist without any diet. So going to do this for another week 👇Like for Remainder

    7 days complete with half inch off waist and 1.25 inch off tummy. I'm happy with that as it's got me off my plato that I've been stuck on for 6 weeks now. Ate well too and lost 4lbs 🤗 Now on with another 7day challenge 😁😁💞

Day 1 : DONE ✅, it's was a little bit diffuclt cause i dont really have cardio Day 2 : DONE ✅ Day 3 : DONE ✅, much easier than the others days Day 4 : DONE ✅ Day 5 : ❌ i couldnt do the workout Day 6 : DONE ✅ everything is easier now Day 7 : DONE ✅ i missed one day so i'm gonna do one more day DAY 8 : DONE ✅ i see a real difference on my muffin top ! i'm really happy about it because i really wanted to reduce my love handles ! TRY IT GUYS IT WORKS !
  • Started this workout yesterday 5.2.22 My waist is 44" and hip 46" Day 1 √ Day 2 √ Day 3 √ Day 4 √ Day 5 √ Day 6 X Day 7 X Day 8 X Day 9 X Day 10 √ Day 11 √ Day 12 √ Day 13 √ Day 14 √ So far so good. Redness under my hanging belly is gone. I definitely see a change in my hanging belly. I have lost 2" in my hip. 😊😊😊😊 Day 15 √

    2.5 weeks ago my jean shorts were too tight. Now they're comfortable again. This is one of the workouts I had in my rotation. My waist is slimmer and so is my gut and my legs. The scale hasn't changed much but my clothes tell another story.

    DAY 7 DONE!!!!! haven't taken my measurements yet will do that in the AM, Was able to do the video with ease today. The first few days were phew! definitely feel fitter! Thanks Lucy!

    I love this workout 💪 I've been doing it for four days and my stamina has increased already I can already tell the difference as I ride my bike I can last longer up hills..I'm going to keep at it until I see the physical results..Thank you Lucy your amazing 😍🥰
