    I love this, been doing it for a serious chunk of my strength training history! Thanks Sal for sharing. :D The standing version is particularly powerful if you decide to drop set by simply gripping lower and going for a few 15-25(ish) rep sets all at once. Really hits the triceps and gets that TUT in a quick and intense way. Plus, I find the neutral grip easier on my elbows, especially after the compound exercises.

    Does anyone know some exercises that I can still do whilst out with a torn calf? I don’t want to be unfit when I return to football (soccer) but I fear that leg exercises might make it worse.
