    thank you guys so much! I have pretty solid legs but my shoulders lack quite a bit. These triggers sessions help drastically and I get a crazy pump!
  • I use Therabands for these exercises. I am starting with the lightest band. They have much less resistance and are GREAT for beginners. 😊😊😊 Thanks for sharing these movements! ❤🎉😄
