Excellent video. For me (and this maybe different for others) there was a missing step. Once I clicked the "Associate with 'Download with manager' links" button, Mod Manger then asked me (again) to address the "Mod Organizer is not set up to handle nxm links. Associate it with nxm links?". At this point, you should click "yes". Just an FYI.
