Enjoy this beautiful run in Bushy Park London.
I aim to complete 3-4 hours per week at this kind of effort & pace.
Try to incorporate some steady days in your own training.
Don't worry about pace so much, and find a nice effort / rhythm.
Try not to worry too much about specific zone, but make an effort to not JOG.

Thanks for displaying both miles and k´s! I suck at converting in my head :) I just came back from a 3k race, hit 3:43 pace avg. And here you are, jogging my 3k pace. Inspired to the max!

And that folks is years of hard work, dedication, consistency, and efficiency. you make that pace look so effortless and smooth!! Thanks for the great content it’s helped me so much putting your advice in to my training although very scaled down 😅
  • Man if i could only run 3 miles at 5:58 per mile 😂. I wouldn’t care how high my zone got 😂

Beautiful video. Thank you for posting.

I don't get anywhere near that pace on a 10K run even if I give it everything I have, let alone stay in zone 2. It is nice to see that it can in fact be done though, and look effortless too, so there is hope I suppose 😄
  • Hey stephen northern az guy here, wow your looking smooth and relaxed, keep it going and enjoy, im still nursing aleg issue, but slow pace 6 miler tomorrow 🤞
  • I can't even run my max effort at your easy pace, guessed it represented 0.01% of population as Olympic runner! hopefully I will be able to run my threshold at this pace some years later!

F me! 3:42 is my 5k pb pace 😂 Super inspiring. Perfect choice of music. Not sure if it's intentional (if it is, you'll probably appreciate someone noticing), but the music syncs perfectly with your step cadence
  • Thank you for the vlog but the music was so peaceful I loved it what was it cp🏃🏻‍♂️

Bro's zone 2 is my sprinting pace, and I've been running for a few years already!
  • @pilotfitz
Very impressive! May i know what are your aerobic and anaerobic threshold heart rates?

I'm interested in what your advice would be on how to add and gain as smartly and quickly as possible. given that I skipped interval training for 4 weeks and only did runs with final accelerations, as I was coming back after a 10-day break due to the flu, now that I feel like I've come back to myself, I want to smartly get back up to speed.

Wow so impressive!! In about a year time I've gone from 6:40/km to 5:50 /km in Zone 2. So satisfying seeing results.

Just started running 8 weeks ago in zone 2 and have improved from 9'/km to 8'/km in that period.. the goal is to be able to do sub 6'/km in zone 2 for 5km this year

Last week 6:30 mile reps didn't feel easy :). I'll keep working on it.

What action camera do you shoot with on your runs?
