I feel the SMGs desperately need more strats that are 1 handed, Arrow Head needs to really sell the value of a 1 handed weapon. The ballistic shield is nice but it’s only really usable in bots. An electric/spiked shield that passively deals damage could be a start.

The current SMG is a great gun. Shooting behind you while running is an underrated feature of the game.
