  • Listen to this man, he is a genius. I have been doing these things for 9 months and I have to say, my eyes are much better. I used to wear -5 glasses previously and now I don't need glasses. My vision is not perfect all the time yet but I am working on it. Thank you Mark.
  • Most difficult part of natural vision improvement journey is to be consistent and this is where i am struggling

It's like reprogramming your subconsciousness that you are not myopic and all the techniques are working

I improved my myopia in about 2 years. Started with Bates method, used shifting method that’s very effective, I wear everyday pine hole glasses for 15-20 min while watching tv, and I’m doing Chinese acupressure at least once a day it helps tremendously. And no IPhone watching I noticed that it harms a lot my vision, iPad doesn’t. Thanks for your method I will implement. Oh and I went from -1,25 to -0,5. Also my ophthalmologist couldn’t believe he said he never so vision improvement, it’s normal they don’t want us to know it’s a huge industry ever increasing cash flow 😂😂 He told me you’ll get back in 1 to 2 years because you’ll need reading glasses. It was 4 years ago and I can see perfectly the tiniest letters. I use bates method reading very small prints in bright light (not every day but often).

Hi Mark , I can notice muscle motion in my eye, it’s a fantastic thing and everything around is moving and then more tridimensional!!! I’ll go on this exercise! Thank you, bro! God bless you.
  • So, I took your basic course, and I have been doing the methods every day for a Especially outside of work, I will be doing the object movement exercise and the rocking a lot. I had my first clear flash for one second while walking to work today which was crazy. I saw and read a sign that was 75-100 feet away. Everything else around me cleared for a second. My mind was blown! I haven’t been able to read anything past a couple inches from my face for 14 years, let alone nearly a hundred feet away. I always needed contacts or glasses (I am -7.75 diopters in both eyes). It was an amazing experience, and I am so excited to keep going.

Hey man, just letting you know you have another person here whom you've helped quite a lot. Perhaps my problem wasn't as big as some others (-2.50 myopia) but I'm seeing so much clearer now that I've consistently practiced your rocking techniques for several months. It's unbelievable. My double vision problems and headaches are gone. Thank you so much dude. I'll repay you someday 🙂

Improved my 8yo vision. Consistency helped. Can't thank you enough.
  • The Part of Closing your eyes and letting the whole body relax is crucial I feel, I'm discovering similar things what you point to. Still a long way to go.

  • @stickyoxtail
This was a great exercise! I noticed an improvement immediately.
  • Funny how i always went to gym trying to estabilish a muscle-mind connection, trying to visualize every muscle of my body involved on the exercise i was performing… and i’ve never thought to use that muscle-mind connection to the group of muscle around the eyes

Ohhhh! You really help me with trigger Active Focus I just did what you say, instead of stare at one single object, start switch between various object and aware of peripheral of course, my visin start become sharp but not perfect clear, it is just double vision. But i feel my eyes are stretching!
  • @fkcrypto
I was -3. 5 myopic but thanks to you i am on the urge to make my vision perfectly clear .. The only things it take is believe and patience
  • @colwilpro
This is actually my go to video to explain the method to others.

For some people, when they roll their tongue and the tip of the tongue goes back to the floor of the mouth, it can helps gets more oxygen through their nostrils. For other people, it is more about doing an yawn and notice tongue position while performing it. Also the upper lip position. I was looking for "How deeper my voice" to sound more confident and not to strain my throath, because my father has an outstanding deeper Voice but he smokes a lot. So I do perceived the movement of smoking, lips closed, tongue position and concentration on breath, each cigarette uses to give 15 inhales, so basically to deepen the voice -- and relax our vocal cords -- we need 10 to 15 proper inhales or yawns and plenty of water. A weird thing, Richard Bandler (NLP father) uses to say "your nose is connected to your balls", of course he is also playing with words "nose" and "knows" or "knows it", but by watching Tonny Robbins and other famous people with strong voice I can notice many of them move one or other nostrils while moving their upper lip most the time. It might simulate a slightly yawn movement that could keeps us relaxed for a long period of time.
  • Thank you very much for sharing this knowledge with us for free. The first key to improve is believe Then practice Then patient
  • @LiannaLovelle
I love this. It’s like active meditation. If it feels good I’m more likely to do it consistently. The way you explain things so clearly is very helpful thank you 🙏
