If you are into bodyweight training, then I will be grateful if you can make different timings and intensity bodyweight training workouts too.. for e.g. 40 minutes leg, 60 minutes full bodyweight training (vigorous, advance, beginner, etc. ) ...

    Di i want one personal advice from you i always have worse pre menstrual pain and it become hell during my period days so much that i have to take pain killers every month for this,i am over weight but i always have my period on time regularly,so what i can do to reduce period cramps and PMS as it badly effect me 3 days i am on bed every month from the starting of my mc cycle till now :)plz suggest something permanent relief....plz

  • also, ma'am, is there any app which can actually tell me my daily calorie requirements (changed calorie requirements while losing fat).. Currently I am taking 1200 cal. daily along with bodyweight training (40 to 60 mins; 5 days a week). I want to know how much weekly cal. is required by my body to have a consistent calorie deficit.
