to " take the dam out would be 81 million dollars , to fix this and remove the debris is only 15 million? DING DING DING !!

Might that have been saved if they tried to get that debris moved sooner and not forcing to get the flow to move towards the bank?

This kinda stuff happens all the time when you try to harness mother nature..... Hurricane Katrina was a testimony to what can happen when no one takes care of the Levee Systems that protected the City of New Orleans. I don't know that anyone failed in this case but it is amazing to see the force of water. Be safe & GB ALL of You/yours
