My First Time Playing DUNGEONS & DRAGONS

This was without question the most unhinged inhumane group of total psycho characters I have ever DMed for. When are you free for session 2?

Fun fact my first session of dnd my character (a half elf if i remember correctly) just had a feeling from perception that people were watching us while we were in the woods, so i used a flaming arrow and shot the trees around us, and killed like all 8 or so vigilantes that were definitely going to attack us, everyone was actually really impressed cause as mentioned this was my first run, in fact our groups bard asked me if he could write a song for it, i said sure, and next session he actually came back with a lyrics sheet and his guitar and played us the song, he actually let me keep the paper too, it's still tucked away with my character sheet if i remember correctly

I absolutely love the idea of just being able to shout 'DEPRESSION' in someone's general direction and completely wreck them from the inside out.

Ranboos “own personal hell” line at 16:10 was probably so good especially with his acting skills from the DSMP and GenLoss

That 'casual conversation' with Paul was one of the most intense dnd background stories I've ever heard. And also a very believable motivation for striking up a conversation at a bar. Venting. I also love how he asked if she knew his boss before saying anything that could get him in trouble.

Paul easily won MVP in this adventure. Like seriously, saving tholomew (I think that's his name) from the clay crowns possession, communicating with the goblins, and is just an overall funny character. I'm actually a little sad for him bout his backstory, but yeah. 10/10 for Paul :D

I love how it turns out Ranboo’s character wasn’t trapped in a time loop at all, he was just a raging paranoiac

I love how Jaiden was a dragon, ranboo was a cat, and Alpharad was literally just Larry but with extra lore

The goblin in the back when the peeler attacks was like “Oh, there he goes again”

14:12 the depression spell is the funniest thing here

“And casts disguise self to turn into Marks ex wife” The knowledge that this was Jaiden’s first session makes it so much better

"the group, now lost with no direction, decides, for some reason, to all start eating the clay." this is the most D&D sentence I have ever heard

this truly encapsulates the fun and chaos of dnd. i love how your DM managed to have everything wrap up nicely! one of the things our DM always does is gives the NPCs celebrity lookalikes so we got a quest from george clooney, stayed at a sketchy inn run by danny devito, found a zombie that looked like dehydrated adam driver, fought a sorcerer benedict cumberbatch… it makes going through my doodles of the campaign so much sillier

Zoot having the energy of a dog who likes simple things and answers is a entire mood And also the tattoo on the tongue for spells is AWESOME I wont lie it kinda reminded me of black butler- but I love Black Butler so complimentive / it isnt a frequently used design i see often . But it is odd it happened twice
