Follow along to these stretches to learn how to do a scorpion fast! This stretch routine is designed to improve back, shoulder and leg flexibility to get a higher scorpion. For best results I recommend following along daily or at least 3 times a week. ♡

    I am going to be doing this routine everyday for 3 weeks until January 21st as an inflexible gymnast <3 Day 1: Not much improvement, but it made my legs more bendy. Trying some back stretches too!
  • Hi! I started off doing your Stretches, Anna, because I wanted to increase my flexibility (I also did D'Andre's and someone else's stretches). Along with your videos, I would memorize the stretches and complete them on my own time. I can now do the splits, a large majority of the stretches you do with no pain, over splits, and I am 3 centimeters from my middle splits.

  • gonna be trying this everyday for 2 weeks<3 Day 1:✅️ saw a tiny bit of improvement. I can grab my foot for a second Day 2:✅️ definitely saw improvement!! I just need to stretch my back more so after the back stretches I did a couple bridges and backbends. gonna be adding those everyday Day 3: ✅️ saw more improvement today. when I'm lifting my left leg in the scorpion I can almost grab my foot. When I'm lifting my right leg I'm further away from grabbing it Day 4:✅️ I didn't stretch as intensly today but I was still able to grab my footinmy right leg scorpion. Not yet in my left leg tho Day 5: ✅️ again, I didn't stretch as intensely. However I can still almost pull a both of my scorpions. My right leg scorpion is a little closer Day 6: ✅️ did the routine. Added backbends. I was really tired by the end of it so I didn't put much effort into pulling my scorpions lol. But I tried. My left leg scorpion looks a little better and my right is the same as yesterday Day 7:✅️ week one is done! I pulled my right leg scorpion today and my left leg is soooo close. I added backbends today too.
