He had respect for the people he represented, his country, and never bad mouthed anyone he ran against, nor did he respond to Trump's hate with hate. How did Republicans go from McCain to Trump?

That actually made me cry. I only knew that McCain suffered years of torture. While I've never really been a political person, I had respect for him, because of what he had been through. Trump is disgusting for saying what he said about John McCain. I don't see how any American can look past / excuse what Trump said.

Say what you want about him, whether he’s a murderer, warmonger what ever it is you got to give him credit for walking the walk. Too many politicians are ready to push that button and give the order without having ever have carried it.
