Glitches that STILL WORK in SpongeBob: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated

12:55 This is actually because the sound is from the original, where the Bubble Bowl operated slightly differently. Depending for how long B was held, you would hear 3-6 clicks before the throw. Here, it seems like you can charge it up for a theoretical 9 clicks, but those clicks aren’t there. Also, fun fact, the original GCN version had a different sound effect when you let the ball go. All other versions (including Rehydrated) use the same sound effect, which is the same as the SpongeBowl in all three versions of the movie game.

These are some other glitches that weren't mentioned ._. Sandy's infinite lasso still works. Other spatulas you can warp to as any character are Infestation at the Krusty Krab (Bikini Bottom), Patrick's Dillema (Jellyfish Fields), and Slip Sliding Away (Rock Bottom). At the beginning of Sandy's Dream, there's a group of flying tikis, including thunder tikis and stone tikis. If you stand on one of the stone tikis that are far enough from the thunder tiki's range to not be blown up, the tiki will take the player with it to the ground as it falls much faster than when the player is airborne. Start off as Spongebob in the Goo Lagoon Pier. Use the bus stop near Mr. Krabs to switch to Patrick. Patrick will already be in Mr. Krabs' dialogue range. This way, Patrick can move around during Mr. Krabs' dialogue.

i think depending on how fast you do the ground pound glitch with patrick the npc will grow or shrink.

12:33 I think I know what happened here. There’s probably a set of tags the game uses to highlight words; let’s just say it’s “[O]” for this example. When editing the text, all they have to do is write “…perform a Karate [O]Kick[O].” And it’ll work. Clearly, they forgot to add the space before the tag; I’ve done this a couple times (it’s not easy to edit text strings, believe it or not). Alternatively, that Kick word could be a different string that’s inserted into the text box and hardcoded to be highlighted, but that’s not very practical. Where else is that gonna be used?

Fun fact: it is actually very easy to break jellyfish fields step one go to the parking map it should be the one with Mr. Krabs on the preview now you can go to the very top and once you are at the very top climb up on some rocks while jumping around and find your way to the actual top like rock climbing basically and it’s a maze pretty much once you are there you can just run around and Even jump off the mountains to get into a zone that you aren’t supposed to be in this just shows how broken this game is
