I remember watching a video about speedrunners of this game getting Xboxes with specific disc drives so they could get faster loading times. That's how you know people take this game seriously.

After watching so many SHiFT streams, it's really cool to see all these old tricks that were used back then again It gives somehow a fresh but also nostalgic feeling to it, so thanks for doing this <3 May be a slow route, but a fun one and at least somehow beginner friendly, so I hope others who see this video will give it a try, it's such a fun game to play and speedrun <3

I learned 2 major things watching this. 1.) This is one of the coolest speedruns I've ever seen, and 2.) Rehydrated really improved the graphics way more than I remembered lol. the bug that removed the hand completely is like my childhood dream lol because I always wanted to just walk to jellyfish fields or downtown in the background even though it's just a small scale "in the distance" type of thing (which is something I loved about this game.)

Pure magic is the intersection between the voice over and the fish in the suit during the robot fights.

THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY EIGTH PLACE AFTER ALL THOSE TRICKS, GLITCHES, TECH, PLATFORMING, AND AN HOUR LONG RUN!?!?!? That's absurd! I had no idea the speedrun for this game was so big. Right on, big congrats to you for running this, learning the game, and doing this all while keeping the commentary fun. That's talent and that's exactly why I've been subbed for so long. Cheers.
