My scanner programmed to alert whenever the quick call 2 tones are broadcasted over the dispatch frequency. You can change the backlight flash, the tone and the tone volume.

I just wish it could hold the radio open while it listens for the tones... Since I first set mine to F-TO, the controls freeze up. It still does its job, but I can't "hold" or lockout any channels, which is quite annoying when I'm waiting for a specific channel to announce emergency traffic, etc.
