One of the more challenging strength skills for those outside of gymnastics doing ring strength training is the muscle up. Rage Fitness has made it easy to install a set of rings in your own home so you can workout and train this skill any time and not worry about the dreaded "gym fail." Whether you are in to crossfit, gymnastics or general fitness, the muscle up is a great skill to have in that it works so many different muscles throughout the exercise.

  • I had a problem with the transition. For what ever it is worth, I found that doing the chins to my chest with rings no more than 8 to 10 inchs apart made the transition easier. I'm 74 years old but have done chins and dips just about my whole life. Just a suggestion. Great video. Thanks much.
