    One thing I don't notice other people commenting on is Jeff's form. He has some of the best form I've seen across all exercises. People don't understand, his mind-muscle connection is like black belt bjj level while you are all on blue belt. When you combine this with full range of motion, good posture good genetics and good diet and consitency you attain a body like this. Naturally. This shit gets me pumped bro! Keep on slaying

  • jeff, you're a tru inspiration for me. i always watch your videos to keep me motivated and going to the gym. thanks to you i went from being a skinny 143 pounds at 6'2 with 11 inch arms to 181 lbs, 11% body fat and 15 inch arms. I've still got a long path ahead but i owe it all to you buddy, thank you!

    this guys body is attainable, he isn't that big and he has been lifting since he was 12 so you can't accuse him of steroids just cause he has a nice physique. if you get intiminated by people who have nice physiques instead of being inspired stick to planet fitness it's made for you guys
