The defendant knows she would never live any place like that but she would rent out a place like that and collect rent is disgusting.

Who keeps receipts for sheets!? This was a terrible ruling. Whether the plaintiff is pregnant or not, the ceiling in the room she was renting was a mess, and no one should have to live like that

The judge seeing video and pictures of that leak and giving the plaintiff NOTHING for damaged property is exactly why people say she's prejudice. Regardless of a lack of receipts, some kind of monetary compensation for ruined property is in order. She could have given her $300 instead of $3k but to say she deserves nothing is crazy.

I’m in shock 😱 !!?? The ceiling felt on her head and she got NOTHING ???? Her stuff was ruined and who keeps receipts for sheets ?? I am confused with that ruling. That’s the most hazardous place I’ve ever seen in people’s court ! The judgment was not fair. Doug was more right than that judge. The landlord should be fined and lose her right to be a landlord and rent places.

I feel that judge Marilyn treated the plaintiff differently as soon as she found out she was on parole,the defendant is disgusting and should not be renting anything
