The plaintiff rented a room in the defendant's apartment. The plaintiff alleges the defendant ransacked her room, rearranged her belongings, and even physically attacked her. The plaintiff moved out before something really bad happened. She's suing for a rent refund and security. The defendant explains she was only inspecting the plaintiff's unpacking. In terms of the attack, the defendant insists the plaintiff first threatened her with a pair of scissors.

No one is saying this so I will. There is a pattern here of the victims being 2 asian women with heavy accents. The defendant thought they would be easy prey but glad they teamed up and went after her.

She’s a con artist, she takes their money and then starts to harass them to the point they have no choice but to move, she then takes deposits and rent and puts it on them. She’s a disgusting criminal.

When I saw this episode was almost 27 minutes long, I buckled in for a show and it did NOT disappoint. This might be one of the best episodes ever. This crazy defendant needed to be exposed! Glad the Plaintiff won her case and made sure to mention it was a rent stabilized apartment.

Defendant smiled at the verdict because she knows she’s not gonna pay a dime. Hopefully she lost her rent control privileges bc she’s running a racket there.
