Merci Lucile! I will use this information if I ever get back to Paris! I have been a few times before and now feel that I probably was eating mass produced croissants but did not know it. I definitely would get up early and go to one of these that you recommend!

Merci beaucoup… I have suffered many terrible croissants on my frequent visits to France and now I am saved. I can now find the crunchy, buttery and fresh ones I love. Incidentally I prefer the 10th especially near the canal.
