    If you use evaporated milk, you can control the sweetness level of the pudding. Also add 1 or two teaspoons of vanilla extract. Also if you use 2 whole eggs, and 1 just egg yolk, your pudding will be firmer, but it depends on personal texture choice. And if you're brave enough, instead of syrup, try making a thin caramel layer on the pan.
  • We have these in the Philippines too. It's called Leche Flan and we literally just use condensed and evaporated milk, eggs, and lemon. It's really really sweet and just a good dessert

    Se llama Flan de pan y, le puedes agregar coco ó piña ó ron ó sólo vainilla. Recomiendo cambiar la leche entera por leche evaporada, de clavel (carnations), el sabor es mucho mejor. La miel es mejor si la preparas como originalmente sería para un flan, 1/2 taza de azúcar ponerla en un sarten al fuego, revolver hasta que esta tenga una consistencia y color amielada, cuidado que no se queme, colóquela en el fondo del recipiente que cubra completamente, eso evitara que la mezcla se pegue como le paso al autor deeste video😊.
