This is premo advice. I've finally got a garage that can accommodate a golf net now. I've got an outdoor net but is huge and takes up way too much room and limits that type of shots I can hit inside. Definitely going to this

Very smart idea. I plan on using this as a backstop for my daughters softball pitching. Thank you sir!

Done the same thing with this HF mesh Tarp in my garage set up and it works wonders if you are really really worried about drilling balls through it buy a cheap regular poly tarp and instal it behind it.

I don't remember you saying but what size did you get? And what is the tarp called. What a great idea!! Keep it in the short grass.

I just got into golf and I've been looking for a practice net. I'll be getting one of these tarps soon
  • @timhayes629
thanks for the video great idea especially as the nets with frames are so expensive

Another strategy would be hit the “almost golf” golf balls. They feel heavy like a real ball.but are less dense and limited flight. No way one of those goes through this net, and you still get the real feel of a ball.

Everything seems ok except I couldn't find two trees in my house compound.😂

Hi GM...great info!...how far are you from the net in the video? .hard to tell...i'd like to set up the same distance from the net because i see your 7 iron doesnt go too high up on the net...
