NPA: 95 Libyans have case to answer

I wonder how much cover up is in this case. Once an officer use the words whereby , hence and however together with that greetings line good evening to the viewers it becomes a worry .

They were in the country for 4 months. How did they understand the instructions and training if they do not understand English ? Were the training presented in Arabic ?

If these guys was studying did they even find laptops and books to say they was studying but we saw guns and food that was rotting outside their camps and going out to arass our lady's outside camp they understand English
