My homeboy who passed away last year was trying to get me to eat kimchi since 2017, but I never did... But thanks to you and him I will try it 😊

Ive been eating kimchi for YEARS. If you lime ramen, put it in there. For me, i love eating it in the morning for breakfast. I make a bowl of brown rice, fried egg (or scrambled), kimchi and top the eggs with an asian chili garlic crisp oil 🤌🤌🤌 ssssoooooo good. Put some green onions on top. You have your health carb, protein from the eggs and the fermentation from the kimchi.

My gut health has always been an issue. When it improved through testing, procedures, etc. and finding a regulatory resolution, I started to lose belly fat. I also learned that the inflammation I experienced disrupted my hormones/insulin and increased my insulin resistance. Insulin resistance helps increase visceral stomach fat. I keep it simple with whole foods and limit processed foods. I eat a lot more protein than I did and that also significantly increased my metabolism which helped for my gut, much better than my results of my prior healthy diet.

Excellent, but please let people know to consult their doctor or ask the pharmacist if they are taking medications. If it's ok to take these products. Because turmeric and cinnamon are blood thinners and some medications are not safe with these herbs

Thank you for sharing, and it's confirmation that I am on the right track. I drink a cup of warm bone broth with onion crisps in it some morning and it's so filling and helps with my knee and shoulder pains.
  • I eat cabbage often...love cabbage I add ACV to mine and sea salt, cayenne pepper, I drink Kefir too when I can get it, but I really eat a lot of yogurts with berries and some nuts. The Kombucha I drink but what I have experience if I drink it late in evening I cannot sleep and if gives me headaches, so I opt to drink early in day after a workout.

Yes beautiful but always consult your Dr. Gastrointestinal if your stomach doesn't digest properly and have acid problems theses are some iteams that you cant consume. This is very helpful to those who can do this congratulations.
  • @valeriegreen6386
I stumbled up your video on gut health 😮.....God designed. 😊 Thank you so much for this information. Question???? How often do you drink the kambucha and kefir... daily/alternate? I will definitely give them both a try. Blessings to you and yours in 2024.🙏
  • @OHoneyPot
Kimchi and Kombucha is my goto. I notice the difference since I introduced this to my regimen.
  • @LeySoLovely
Thank you for this! Looks like I may have to finally try kimchi. Sipping on my Kefir now. I have the same brand but in the peach flavor ☺️
  • @CharCharJars
Thank you so much and you look so fabulous Plus, I’ve been thinking about grabbing some kimchi at the market, and I just looked at it again in the store but I definitely getting it now. Plus, I’m probably going to drink some kombucha out of my fridge tonight. The only thing I have stopped eating a lot of is dairy, but I look for substitutes that are healthy
  • @kishaanthony1911

This woman is awesome🏆 But I’m concerned that the average person (40k/year) cannot afford to maintain this lifestyle. Please tell me we can???
