I've always found your style to look sophisticated, classy and always perfectly balanced between curated and "oh this old thing, I just threw it on!" (if that makes sense). we're our own worst critics, but your style is very inspiring!!
  • @LuckyMeCandy
I love that your No Particular Order brand identity is so minimal and simplistic. I find it to be very beautiful. Like a clean slate. If youā€™re looking for a refresh, that is always great. I would say donā€™t change too much. I love it and the simple beauty of the journal. šŸ˜Š
  • I was thinking in the first half of the video how natural and effortless you looked! I think we are always first to be hard on ourselves <3
  • Its funny because before you mentioned that about your style I thought that every time you are in England you can just tell how you feel so comfortable with whatever youre wearing, however your hair looks or wether you are dressed up or not and that is so nice to see. You look amazing in your natural state without makeup, hair undone, with no fancy outfit. It is so nice that you feel 100% comfortable when you are with Zantore and it really shows that you focus on your time there, spending time with him and that is perfectly fine, it should not matter what you are wearing and at times you focus on other (more important) things than clothes or looks and social media should not make you feel insecure about that. You will have enough time to focus on outfits so valueing your time in England with some neutral boxy crewneck is fantastic and Zantoreā€™s clothes suit you just as good.āļø
  • As an English girl I literally love the way you romanticise our country & it makes me appreciate it so much more!! English countryside really is beautiful (and equally, I would love to live in NYC for a little while someday!)

As someone who just restarted long distance with her boyfriend yesterday, this video has been such a great source of comfort and reassurance for meā€” that itā€™s possible and that love can push every boundary. So thank you Margot, for sharing this with all of us. It makes me feel a little less alone!

thanks for sharing your insecurities. As an outside viewer, I always admire how effortlessly chic you looks. Before you talked about it in this video, I was thinking how cute your hair looked in a messy French braid & how simple and timeless your outfits are.

No your style is SO good Margot. Whenever I feel those comparisons pop up I try to remember that itā€™s a joy to experiment with style- so if you see something you like, give it a go, but just add it into your current style. Thatā€™s how you end up with individual style: little things you like mashed together.
  • omg the people from the restaurant waving goodbye omg! i could cry so wholesome
  • Hi Margo! I'm a graphic designer and I work with both brand identity development, website & collateral. I think the NPO brand identity is strong in showcasing the foundation of who you are as a brand that fosters mindfulness, creativity and imagination while maintaining a minimalistic and authentic feeling that clearly reflects your journal! I can see why investing in a brand identity is something you're considering as your brand grows and evolves to incorporate more products, and possibly brick & morter, etc. The key is aligning your vision with a brand strategy, and then the visual design follows to reflect your long term goals :) Happy to answer any questions or help in any way! P.S. I worked with Abby at Abbode & met you at our launch party for our vintage brand like two years ago hehe. I love your vlogs so muchšŸ’“ Best, Hannah
  • Right before you mentioned feeling insecure about your style, I literally thought ā€œI love her style and clothes! She pairs things so well and styles things so cute!ā€ I have always looooved your sense of style!
  • Awww Margot, I hadnā€™t seen your videos for a while and hadnā€™t realized how much I missed them. So many things I can relate to! Long-distance (medium in my case, but still!), sense of styleā€¦ glad to know so many of us have these thoughts or struggles at the same time! I will be listening to your podcast x
  • you film so beautifully šŸ˜one of my biggest creative inspirations šŸ¤ I also can fully relate to what you said about your outward appearance and style. I want to dress up more but itā€™s never been me either.
  • i have a bachelorĀ“s degree in advertising and i specialize in brand identity - let me just tell you, i LOVE nopo's brand identity, mostly because it feels authentic and familiar, it feels like looking through your own journal and it's really inspiring!
