Had almost the EXACT same experience with my hysterectomy a few days ago. Nausea was very very bad the first few days, but so glad it cleared up by now. Thank you for sharing your story! It gave me great relief!

I had hysterectomy 4 years ago due to Endometriosis, after the surgery I didn't had nausea, I did't feel any pain in my stomach, but I felt extremely cold for hours. I did felt the gas pressure in my belly. So you're right the feeling after the surgery will be different for each individual.
