Thank you so much for this lovely episode. Both my mother and youngest brother have died in the last ten days so I feel the sadness and stress of this. My mother taught me to knit as a child. I’ve no knitting friends at all here in Calgary, so I very much appreciate the effort you have made to record and provide a place to sit quietly with my knitting. I look forward to your “walks”.

Hope your shop is reconnected now. You've been on my mind! I know Kerry of Ginger Pink fame, she's lovely! Great that you have taken on her yarn! Not sure I'll be making the sideways cabled jumper! I usually use my phone for patterns these days so backwards and forwards patterns are not for me! I made Kay Jones' My Favourite Blanket during 2023, so now I am making scrappy socks from the leftovers.
