This Ownership is a Disgrace, Disaster

The A’s will never get that stadium in Las Vegas built. They’ll never play a game in that city. The ownership and management have destroyed a once great franchise.

To call the A's a mess would be really only scratching the surface. The A's need new ownership, someone with a clue..

"10% of home games" sounds worse than "8 games".
  • @benlloyd3155
You build a brand by winning and being interesting, not playing like shit in more locations.
  • They played two spring training games in Las Vegas ball park home of their minor league team ..They could t even sell that out …Take the hint Las Vegas doesn’t want you.
  • John fisher's stupidity never ceases to amaze me how disgraceful 😢😢😢
  • @cspeer121
the A's might as well rename themselves the Nomads.

Tropicana Casino in Las Vegas is permanently closed for business, but the building has not been destroyed yet.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they end up in Oakland or Sacramento permanently .

Just embarrassing. The Clark county board acts like Fisher has dirt on all of them. Wtf!!! He’s the worst owner out of the big four North American sports BY A MILLION MILES. We’re Vegas, every sport wants to be here asap. There’s two fully privately funded competing companies and arenas for NBA at the moment. So why the hell are we giving all this money to the shittiest owner of the shittiest baseball team? Make it make sense!!!
  • Best option: Tear down Mt Davis and stay in Oakland on a shoestring budget, wearing their 1970's A's garb. I'd go see the retro A's.

Vegas doesn't even want the A's to go there. That's clear. It's also clear that Sacramento do want the A's. Why relocate to a city you clearly know doesn't want you? Go somewhere that you know wants you, and that's Sacramento

Ain’t no way As are goin to Vegas. Owner doesn’t have the money to build the field. What’s gonna happen is the As will have a permanent home in Sacramento. I’m calling in June 5th 2024 As move and stay in sac town

Sounds like Stuart Sternberg owner of the Tampa Bay Rays. One of the proposals a few years back was to play half the games in St. Pete half the games in Montreal. But they still want the community to build them a new stadium for 41 games each year.
  • Should play a couple games each year in Philly and wear the historic Philadelphia A’s uniforms.
  • @bufnyfan1
Las Vegas should demand that building this new stadium is contingent on either a new owner of the As or if not then MLB to give them a new expansion team.
