I think what impressed me the most is that you managed to stay injury free for a whole year! Quite the achievement, well done.

I'm running for about 4 months now and all I can think about is "why took me so long to start doing this?". There's nothing better than the good feeling after finish your daily run. It's addictive!

Just to remind you guys- you DON'T need to wait for January 1st or Monday or tomorrow etc...just start today! 😊 good luck to everyone! It's my 3rd week of running, I do it 4 times a week :)))

Just avoiding sickness or injury for an entire year is impressive. Or maybe you running everyday is the reason.

"This little experiment" ... I fail to keep any kind of daily habit within a month. BTW you have a marvelous, genuine smile.

The filmmaking is unreal for someone with 11k subscribers

"Every day is the day. Eventually you will learn that the competition is against the little voice inside you that wants you to quit!" Let's get to WORK!

I did the same thing for 1 year. First 1 mile, then 2, then 5 miles, 5K, 10K, 10 miles, half marathon, full marathon. 2nd year did another marathon, then triathlon sprints, international distance, then Ironman 70.3. Last goal: full Ironman 140.6. It's amazing what you can accomplish with consistency and determination.

Great achievement, I’m in my 70’s and still run, I’m hoping to do a half marathon all be it at a very slow pace, all the best for the next years

Last year, and this year have been really hard for me, as a seventeen year old kid. I’ve lost a lot of people since January, and school seemed to be the least of my problems. I began gaining weight, and felt a lot of anxiety every day. I came across this video just three months ago, and I felt inspired to run every day until the end of the year. It was hard, yes. But nowadays I feel truly grateful that I came across this. I haven’t stop since. Thank you so much for the inspiration!

I always tell myself this : “True hell arrives at the end of your life when you meet the person you could’ve become.” Keep pushing your limits and accomplish your goals! Best of luck
  • I started running when Covid-19 hit my state and went into complete lockdown. I have not made any excuses to stay in shape during this pandemic, while others are complaining about their gyms being closed
  • I could run every morning during quarantine. It change my life. I ran every morning for five months and I felt very good. Than school start and I slowly stop running. It was big mistake. Now I feel so tired and unhappy sometimes. It is hard to start again but this video inspired me. I remembered all feelings, I felt in spring and I want to start again. Thank you so much.

Quit alcohol, its been about 1 month 15 days. Not that big of a runner, been doing more kendo(martial art), hiking. Working towards a decent 5k time. Ran just 1 mile today at 7min 45sec. Probably crap time compared to a lot of people here, but taking it one step at a time. Enjoyed the video. Stay safe and healthy everyone.

Love this! January 23rd will mark my third year of running every day. I set my goal at a minium of 1 mile reach day so I could never have the excuse of being too tired, or not having time. It's been a great experience with developing new habits and accomplishing goals

I’m 304 days into my 365 day challenge and can resonate with so much of what you’re saying! Great video, Göran. Thanks for sharing 🙌
  • I started running 2 months back. I definitely shaved a lot of minutes off my mile. From 13 to 9 now. Yes I was the worst. Mainly Now I can run a mile without stopping. My stamina has gone up. Long way to go.
  • @straxel9851
Yo Youtube algorithm, this needs more views! PS: Bra jobbat Göran 👍🏻

Well done, I ran every day in 2016 at the age of 56 but did 366 days due to being a leap year. I enjoyed it and I know the challenges so well done.
