Unrealistic. The train wasn’t running ten hours late. Seriously though, I love this project.

Good call on getting the music back! I really missed that in the last few cinematics. Really helps with creating an atmosphere!

Every part of the map feels bigger than it actually is. This is the most well-designed city imo.
  • I love how the train comes out of the station, under a street, and over a highway. That is a really cool design. Great job!

I love how it's so calming to watch and listen to the sounds 😃
  • @Benjamin.Jamin.
That was like pressing the reset button on my brain. Thank you.

This is so realistic, it gives me chills. Fantastic city design, dude! The scenery really flows well, from city to outskirts, and love the choice in tree placement.

4:56 The marshland under the bridge looks like a great spot for fishing.

Interesting fact: train used in this video is based off of the SC-44 charger and the Alstom Bi level coaches used on Amtrak California trains - the Pacific Surfliner, San Joaquin and Capitol Corridor. The station seen at 6:32 is modeled after Santa Barbara, a station on the Pacific Surfliner

Holy shit... this is amazing. I stopped playing Cities Skylines a while ago but watching your videos are like watching art--not just the cities but the video production. Love the continuous long scenes of roadtrips and trains!

The music should be a light background, and the main sound is the sound of the wheels and the movement of the train. This is the beauty of the railway.

At some parts I have to pause and see if it’s real life or not

I was just thinking about this game again the last week wondering if I'll ever dust off my save files and now i find this gem. Train rides are a guilty pleasure stemming from a childhood fascination. Have to mention too your detailing work is beautiful.
