I believe the knowledge should be free.

And for 6+ years my job has been making coaching affordable.

www.atgonlinecoaching.com/ Programs with form-coaching under 24 hours, 7 days a week, for $49.50/month, with no contract and 1/2 off the first month so you can see how you like it

map.atgforcoaches.com/: With coaches now around the world, there may even be one near you who’s available for in-person training!

atgequipment.com/: All the unusual tools I’ve been creating to help make the ATG system more user-friendly

uncivilizedsneaker.com/: The foot-inspired shoes I wear

Thank YOU for making this possible!

I'm a trainer, former athlete, and life long exerciser. How I have missed this style of training baffles and agitates me. I will be implementing this into routines on myself and my clients. Keep up the great work, KOTG!

I’m a fencer and if you’re not familiar with the sport, it uses a LOT of lunging and knee work. I’m no world class athlete but your program has elevated my ability in this sport tenfold. I went from an average joe who’s pretty good at fencing to a monster on the piste because of my crazy deep lunges and its all because of you. Thank you to you and your team for spreading such a positive and science based approach to building the human body into its best form, it has benefited me so much and I plan on spreading your philosophy and exercises to other athletes around me. You are a great man and a great content creator and I wish you nothing but success.

Being in high school I feel lucky to have this kind of info at my fingertips. Crazy how much gains I made this summer by doing ATG. Hopefully I'm way faster this off-season. Thanks for doing what you do Ben :)

People at the gym in HS used to look at me like I was the dumb one when I went through my workouts. But it was never about 'cool', just about longevity. Even my gym teachers didn't understand. I told them if Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant's trainer is endorsing a workout that focuses on these aspects, I'd be stupid not to use it. 15 years later, content like yours and The Bioneer's are gaining traction. Hopefully, people see this and start taking care of their tendons. As more and more people are just launching off, there have been more and more tears.

Says he trains alone, but has a dog; clearly he is lying.

I am 54 years old judoka living in Japan and still compete at the veteran level. I will definitely use these routines as often as possible. They look hard but I will do my best. I wish I knew them a few years go. My surgeon told me that as of now flexibility and mobility are more important than strength. Thanks so much.

Bro, I wish Derrick Rose could have gotten this knowledge at a young age 😢

I tried nordics with a car and the car started lifting into the air.

I'm 27 and had a lifetime of soccer injuries, averaging only 10 games per year since i was a team. mainly patella tendinitis and hamstring tears were my issue, now that ive found you i feel like the best years are ahead of me, im already seeing progress with less pain in my knees
  • @defaultset
I legitimately enjoy doing these, I'm not even doing this because i want strong legs or have injuries. I just thoroughly enjoy doing the movements itself, just walking around and watching videos while doing these is pretty much a daily routine now. Thanks for extending my knee's lifespan!
  • @mastertrey4683
Dude youre officially my role model for hamstrings and leg development
  • @Zonum113
Master class level teaching. Your passion is apparent in every word. I’ll have to get myself a floor glute bench.

Wow, this explains why I can jump naturally. Im just getting started. Im on year two of my fitness journey and have been doing the stretches you are explaining for 2 years and I can do things most people can't without any injuries. Thanks man. Im all about intuition now I know the reasons behind my success.

God bless you man! Thanks for all of the hard work and focus that you've put into this! I'm about to 'hit the ground running' on your methods starting this week! I've been a focused powerlifter for a long time now, but have always had that lingering thought in the back of my mind that I needed to stay mobile, not wanting to be a washed up meathead who can't move. Can't wait to implement this into my training and focus more on longevity, power, and speed. Powerful message at the end! 🙏❤
