How pathetic this generation has become . When we work together our eyes have a broader view of life . The Fish Throwing brings foot traffic( CUSTOMERS) - along with the other vendors . If every vendor would to pack up next week, Pike Place Owner would be begging on their KNEES 🙇♂️

Leave our Fishmongers alone! I have seen these fish throwers in action many times and I can assure you it's quite fun and entertaining. The cameras don't do the guys justice, those fish fly by at lighting speed to be caught by soft ninja hands.

They have an undisputed copyright that doesn’t restrict them to only selling at the market. They can use their business name any way they please. If anything, this spreads the Pike Place name further so they should be happy with free marketing.

They do have a point though ifthey are using the market name to sell elsewhere then if anything happens in the other places they sell the original market can be sued. Unfortunately, that is how it is with lawsuits.

It’s gone to mediation so the Market is just looking for a percentage at this point.

Back in the 80s when I lived there others about four blocks away from pioneer square for they had every John ra of live music and some really great restaurants. Because of the crime in the poverty that's all over.

It’s hilarious because I’d guess that vendor brings in as many if not more tourists than the “first” Starbucks which isn’t even the first actual location because it burnt down.
