Iconic whistling scene that was animated by Ub Iwerks was used for the Walt Disney Animation Studios since Meet the Robinsons was released on March 25, 2007. The logo is directed by Mike Gabriel and produced by Roy Conli.

Also this is not made for kids despite having Mickey Mouse in it. It is uploaded here for archival purposes.

  • Thank you for posting this to YouTube. It should be pointed out that everything was done by hand back in 1928. The backgrounds were drawn by hand. The individual images that were put together to make the animation were hand drawn on celluloid, and called cels. The sound and the music were created by real people. No computers existed back then for any part of the production process. It was true art every step of the way in the production.

    I see this as a great cultural advance, people from all over the world can now have access to this material, since at that time technology was not as accessible as it is today.
