I agree with you regarding the ending. I thought it wasn't "wrapped up" as well as it could have been. I love her as a writer though. She writes the atmosphere very well. I would suggest "The Silent Companions" It was the first book by her I read and it is still one of my absolute favorites.

Completely agree, Celeste. I loved Bone China (as I do all of Laura Purcell's books), but the ending was a bit of a letdown for sure.
